1. Introduction

Welcome to Jumbl! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jumbl website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Jumbl, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 You are prohibited from using the Platform to:

5. Job Seeker Responsibilities

5.1 Job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and applications.
5.2 Jumbl is not responsible for any employment decisions made by companies or referrers.

6. Referrer Responsibilities

6.1 Referrers must ensure that all referrals are made honestly and in good faith.
6.2 Referrers may not misuse their access to job seekers' personal information or use it for purposes other than facilitating referrals.

7. Company Responsibilities

7.1 Companies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings on the Platform.
7.2 Jumbl is not liable for any employment-related issues that arise between job seekers and companies.

8. Payment and Fees

8.1 Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
8.2 Jumbl reserves the right to change its fees at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform.

9. Reward and Incentive System

9.1 Referrers can earn rewards for successful referrals as defined by the Platform.
9.2 A referral is considered successful when a referred candidate is hired by a company and all conditions set forth by the company and Jumbl are met.
9.3 Jumbl reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or deny rewards if it determines that the referral process has been abused or the conditions for a successful referral have not been met.
9.4 Referrers are responsible for reporting any earned rewards as required by tax laws applicable to them.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jumbl or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without express written permission from Jumbl.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Jumbl provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties or representations regarding its functionality or availability.
12.2 Jumbl will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of your use of the Platform.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gwalior.
13.2 The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on all parties.
13.3 By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Data Usage and Privacy

14.1 Jumbl collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14.2 Users agree to the collection and use of their data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including the use of data for improving platform functionality and user experience.
14.3 Jumbl complies with all relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA, where applicable.

15. Platform Availability and Changes

15.1 Jumbl aims to provide continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from errors.
15.2 Jumbl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice to users.
15.3 Jumbl will not be liable for any disruptions or loss of access that may occur due to updates, maintenance, or other operational reasons.

16. Termination

16.1 Jumbl may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately.
16.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, and Jumbl may deactivate or delete your account.

17. Changes to Terms

Jumbl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes go into effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
